How do you sell a “lottery ticket that no one wants to win”? This was the exam question we were tasked with by our client – an Islamic insurance business with health, auto, life and general insurance products. Our programme is designed to create better behaviour decisions that in turn have a positive impact on members’ lives and reduce claims to make the business more profitable.

Recently, the business merged with one of the region’s largest Takaful providers, more than doubling the potential reach of the programme when implemented.
