QBF were contracted by The Collective to author a strategy to build, engage and retain NEOM’s Digital Nomad’s community. The online platform was targeting freelancers, startups and SMEs with a view to engage them, and eventually migrate them over to NEOM at a later date.

We conducted several online-interviews and with support from our client, The Collective, focus group interviews to develop a content and functional strategy to deliver on this. The strategy was approved in August 2020 and the platform is currently under development.
