Designed to launch with the opening of Serbia’s largest Mall, Galerija Belgrade – the loyalty programme, Moj Belgrade is a study in remote implementation, with QBF Consulting managing partners in London, Serbia, Dubai and Mumbai to launch the programme in October 2020.

The programme opened along with the mall with over 40,000 registered members of whom 15,000 were active in the first month itself. The programme saw its first redemptions and even upgraded a member to Gold, all within its first 30 days in a Covid impacted environment.
