Manav’s expertise in Market Research, Brand Advisory, and Programme Design has led to numerous successes in his career. One of his notable achievements was the launch of GEMS Rewards, a loyalty and rewards programme for GEMS Education. Within just three months of its introduction, the programme received a nomination for an award and went on to win at the Loyalty Awards in London.
Manav excels at fostering deeper relationships between brands and their customers. He gained invaluable experience during his tenure as the Chief Operating Officer at Insignia, a home-grown boutique agency. His portfolio of brand experience includes DTCM, Emirates Airlines, Emaar, Dubai Government, Fairmont, Jumeirah Group, Marriott, among others. His work has spanned diverse global markets, including the United States, Vietnam, Australia, England, Turkey, India, and Australia.
Manav's contributions to the industry extend beyond his consulting roles. He is widely recognised as an instructor offering the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) certification by The Loyalty Academy, USA.
